Able to generate both general and targeted announcements for Employees, Departments, and Job Positions.
Able to view all general announcements and other announcements related to an Employee from their form view.
The expired announcements will automatically move to Expired state.
Approve/ Reject Announcements Able to approve or reject a draft announcements.
From Announcements --> Announcements, you can generate a new Announcement.
Activate the "General Announcement" option when the Announcement is intended for all Employees.
After clicking the "Send For Approval" button, the Announcement will move to "Waiting For Approval" state, and then you can approve or reject the Announcement by clicking the "Approve" or "Refuse" buttons.
From Employee form view, you can view the Announcements by clicking the "Announcements" smart button.
If an Announcement is intended for specific Departments, then select Announcement Type as "By Department". Select the Departments from the "Departments" field. Once the Announcement is approved, it can be accessed from the Employee's form view, who are in the selected Departments.
If an Announcement is intended for specific Employees, then select Announcement Type as "By Employee". Select the Employees from the "Employees" field, who should have access to this Announcement. Once the Announcement is approved, it can be accessed from the selected Employee's form view.
If an Announcement is intended for specific Job Positions, then select Announcement Type as "By Job Position". Select the Job Positions from the "Job Positions" field. Once the Announcement is approved, it can be accessed from the Employee's form view, who hold the selected Job Positions.
Announcements will automatically expire after the selected End Date and will move to the "Expired" state.
