The DEPENDENCE DETAILS section inside the Private Information tab of the Employee form view will allow you to add and manage the details of the Family Members.

PASSPORT and IDENTIFICATION ID section inside the Private Information tab allows to add the details of an Employee's Passport and Identification ID such as Passport No, Identification No, Expiry Date, and Attachment.

The Joining Date field inside the HR Settings tab will compute the Joining Date of an Employee based on the Contract start date.

Automatically sends an email notification to Employees, when their Passport or ID documents are approaching expiration dates.
